Description

Primary Duties and Responsibilities: • Establish strategic commercial plans for the company services and products setting them to achieve desired goals and direct them with all available tools to ensure that the company is fulfilling them. • Develop and execute comprehensive commercial plans and programs both short and long range to support sales and revenue objectives of the company • Partner with the senior level sales executives of the company to identify and pursue opportunities for business development in order to increase revenues. • Cooperate with the sales department to develop and drive the company’s short and long term revenue growth strategies. • Maintain a strong knowledge of the financial guidelines and ensure that the company sales practices are in compliance with them. • Research, analyze and monitor commercial, financial, technological and economical factors to capitalize on market opportunities and minimize effects of competitive activity. • Monitor competitive products and sales activities. • Identify new markets’ opportunities, secure new contract via successful business proposals. • Guide the preparation of the commercial activities reports and present them to executive management. • Oversee development and maintenance of customer's database. • Establish and maintain relationship with strategic partners. • Resolve conflicts and facilitate changes in structure of commercial related activities such as sales and marketing to ensure objective fulfillment and swift response to commercial problems and opportunities. • Establish and maintain a consistent corporate image through all product lines and events. • Full Knowledge of the elevators and escalators industry and related industries. • Knowledge of the GCC commercial laws and chapters especially Saudi commercial law. Special Required Skills: • 10 years of experience in the Elevators and Escalators domain • MA in Sales or Marketing or Engineering or Equivalent. • Male candidate is a must • Visionary Leadership, Delegation Skills, Leadership skills, People Management Skills and Communication Skills • Fluent in Arabic and English
